This multifunctional holder recreates a fragment of the Chornohora ridge — the mountain line between the two highest peaks of the Ukrainian Carpathians: Hoverla and Petros. The incense holes mark the summits, allowing the smoke to rise above the mountains like mist drifting along the ridge.
Its form allows several ways of use: you can place one or two incense sticks in the holes, set a glass vial with incense in the grooves, or simply place loose sticks there. As a stick burns down, it naturally extinguishes just before reaching the hole — the small remaining piece can then be easily removed by gently lifting the holder. A functional object inspired by landscape, turning the simple ritual of incense into a small journey to the mountains.
