Where we ship from

All orders ship from Ukraine. Every order is hand-packed and checked before shipment.

1. Delivery within Ukraine

2. International shipping

We ship worldwide through Ukrposhta — small packet Prime (tracked delivery).

International shipping cost is already included in the product price based on your region — you see the final price upfront, with no additional charges at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are counted from the moment the parcel is handed over to Ukrposhta, including customs clearance in the destination country (based on Ukrposhta data, March 2026).

3. Countries we do not ship to

Due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, we do not ship to the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus. Orders to these countries are neither accepted nor processed.

4. Customs duties and import taxes

In some destination countries, the Buyer may be required to pay import duties, VAT, or other charges upon receiving the parcel. These charges are not included in the order total and are paid by the Buyer in accordance with the laws of the destination country. DUKHMIAN is not responsible for the amount of such charges and does not reimburse them.

5. Order tracking

Once your order ships, we send the tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. The parcel typically appears in the carrier's system within 24 hours of shipment.

6. Force majeure during martial law

Due to ongoing hostilities on the territory of Ukraine, delivery times may be extended for the following reasons:

  • 6.1. temporary suspension of postal services during air raid alerts;
  • 6.2. power outages (blackouts);
  • 6.3. restrictions on international postal routes;
  • 6.4. other circumstances of force majeure (see Section 8 of the Public Agreement for details).

We do everything possible to ship orders quickly and post up-to-date logistics information on Instagram (@dukhmian).

7. If your parcel hasn't arrived

If your order has not arrived by the end of the maximum estimated delivery time, send an email to info@dukhmian.com with your order number — we will check the status and contact the carrier on your behalf.

8. Damage during transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it before unpacking and send an email to info@dukhmian.com within 7 days. The full procedure is described in our Refund Policy.
